Renu Derma Review

Renu Derma is a natural skin care line that uses organic ingredients to make "old world skin care recipes". They have two great at home facial masks.

3 in 1 Mask: This mask was a white, creamy, and soapy product that lathered onto the skin. It contains shredded soap, olive extract, and shea butter for a really deep cleansing and skin softening experience. It smelled light and fresh went easily in a thick layer on the face. Different from most masks, you do not wait for this mask to completely dry. Instead, it is kept moist with a bit of water, and after 15 minutes a granular exfoliator is rubbed into this mask with to also rid the face of dead skin cells. Finally, the mask and exfoliator were cleaned off with water and a towel. The results were very nice - the pores were deeply cleansed and  the surface of the skin was smooth and fresh from exfoliation. This is a great mask for younger skin that needs deep cleansing and a follow-up moisturizer is recommended.

Green Clay Facial Mask: With green clay, vitamin c, and aloe vera, this all natural mask packed a real punch. It smelled like a veggie smoothie and went on the face in a very thick layer. After beginning to dry this mask actually hurt a bit on the skin with sort of a stinging and tingling sensation. After about 15 minutes it tightened as it dried until the surface of it actually cracked. After washing the mask off with water and toweling dry, the results were amazing. The skin was tighter, deeply cleansed, and more luminuos. This intense mask is just wonderful for normal to oily skin to open up the pores, extract excess oils, cleanse, and also help with anti-aging. It is perfect for people in their 20's to 30's who want to beat the first signs of aging. A follow-up moisturizer is definitely recommended as part of this skin care routine.
